Text entered into a search form, such as a name, phone number, or address, goes to the outside provider that supplies the results. Our servers do not retain a separate copy of those searches. When you send us a message, we receive the details you voluntarily provide and process them to answer you.
Information Logged Automatically
Our hosting systems record ordinary technical logs, which may include an IP address, browser type, visited pages, and timestamps. Aggregate log data helps us maintain the service and see which resources are useful. Cookies or similar tools may support basic analytics and advertising measurement where those features apply.
How We Use Information
We process the limited information described above to run the service, diagnose errors, measure visits, and improve content. We neither sell visitor lists nor create individual user profiles.
Privacy on Linked Services
Links lead to government portals, county and state custodians, libraries, and outside search providers. Information entered on a linked service is governed by that service’s privacy terms, not ours. The same distinction applies to sponsored search results, which an independent company supplies.
Parties That Process Data
Hosting and support vendors may process technical logs for us. Analytics or advertising partners may receive the automatic information already described. We may disclose information when valid legal process requires it, but we do not otherwise distribute visitor data.
Safeguarding Limited Data
An encrypted connection serves the site, and logs are kept only as long as their stated purposes require. Because the service has no user accounts, it stores no account password or member profile for you.
Visitors Younger Than 18
This service is meant for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. Contact us if you believe a minor sent personal data so we can remove it.

Your place of residence may give you rights concerning access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data held by a website. Current research found no comprehensive North Carolina consumer privacy statute creating a universal deletion right, though record-specific protections apply.
